Normally I take notes inside each project I work on. Usually I have a Readme.md with a reverse chronological list of what went wrong and what I did to fix it (ie, my normal development cycle).
One day I decided it’d be better to put most of that stuff in one place, and then to make it public. That way everyone can laugh, have a good time, and feel better about themselves as they watch my code burn itself to the ground.
And maybe some this will help someone else… or at least act as a warning.
